Manager – Employer Branding
Scope: India and South East Asia
Location – Pune/Bangalore
Responsibilities & Job Description:
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital marketing specialist for TA operations.
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, one pager TA promotional design on job description.
- Conceptualize, design & execute Internal & External branding campaigns, lead program management for Campus Hiring
- Plan campaigns that reflect values & culture & to achieve recruiting focusing Diversity & Inclusion, promoting Women in engineering & software hot job openings.
- Internal Branding: Plan & Create content / campaigns top promote referral program, Internal job postings, Corporate Induction
- Increase in the number of successful employee referrals & internal job applications
- Good background and worked on branded Internship program, campus connect program, employer branding.
- Part of continuous improvement in TA branding, best practices in employer branding.
- Worked on candidate experience, hiring manager surveys, promotional activities for TA.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act
- Set up and optimize company career page for maximum visibility to external candidates, increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Work closely on Social media platforms like Glassdoor, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter for employer branding.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Professional experience working with stakeholders across functions to produce high-quality creative work.
- Leverage our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to develop flexible, targeted Employer Branding narrative by while still staying true to the JCI culture.
- Design and execute D&I strategy, in collaboration with the leadership and local/global Comms team.
- Experience managing & executing Glassdoor engagement campaigns to continuously improve ratings and establish JCI as an employer of choice.
- Subject Matter Expert within Employer Branding to provide recommendations on thought leadership, external benchmarks, and best branding practices.
- Collaborate with APAC communication and branding team and implement best social media practices for employer branding.
- Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines for social media promotion
- Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with local / global teams for new ideas and strategies
- Building a following crowd for brand on social media with creative work
- Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
- Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team, and designers from LinkedIn
- Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)
Qualification: Bachelors or master’s in communications, social media or Public Relations
