The Direct Wholesaler (DWS) is responsible to cater direct clients mapped and scale up business and provided service to this set of clients. In this role, the individual will report to the Channel Manager – Direct business.
Responsible for sales in the assigned set of direct clients mapped and expanding the base of direct clients.
Make the desired calls to D contacts in Talisma and capture the details correctly.
Take inbound sales calls from direct clients assigned.
Undertake 1 virtual activity on monthly basis outside regular calls to direct clients.
Focus on inactive clients and follow activation.
Deliver short, telephone-length presentations to Channel Head - Direct / Head of Direct on a regular basis to improve effectiveness, clarity and learn how to overcome objections.
To build relationships with a newer target segment
To enhance cross-functional collaboration by partnering with Client Services, GFAR, FTA, and Sales Management to ensure the smooth functioning of sales roles within the team, focusing on internally directed tasks.
Follow Sales ethics in a stringent manner
Represent the Franklin Templeton brand and culture through day-to-day activities.
Master's degree or equivalent (preferred)
8-10 years of sales experience in Mutual Fund/ wealth management industry.
Handled Direct vertical in the earlier stint in Mutual Fund industry.
High knowledge and understanding of Financial Markets.
AMFI/NISM certification (Advisors’ Module) is mandatory.
Effective communication and presentation skills. Should be fluent in English.
Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
High on perseverance & patience.
Work Shift Timings - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST
