Functional (job responsibilities)

• Support Head Office IT on implementing changes, maintenance and other activities.
• Assist Line Manager in continuous development of systems, processes and Work instruction for team and users.
•  Architect in country and Group infra in order to support the application hosting, supervise and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting a complex corporate data and voice infrastructure. Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN), Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices
• Monitor network performance and integrity, ensure high availability of enterprise voice and data platforms that support internal employee business functions and external customer contact.
• Troubleshoot and remediate level issues impacting the operation of the corporate voice and data infrastructure. Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
• Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
• Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for telecommunication carriers and service providers and coordinate circuit design, provisioning, installation and troubleshooting.
• Perform planning and implementing systems and network integrations.
• Maintain complete technical documentation and Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures. Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
• Manage Branch Security and implement of the Fire and Alarm instruction system / CCTV / Access Control.
• Assist Line Manager in IT project delivery and budget control
• Coordinate the DRP rehearsal test per bank schedule in Country and with Group IT.
• Support on Asset management consolidation to align with Finance team’s count.
• IT Asset coordinator and consolidation, Asset registration monthly and assist on the asset audit field.
• Work with other tasks assigned by Line Manager/ HoD

Education/Qualification

• Degree in Information Technology or related fields and Preferably having good knowledge and experience of IT management in bank
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in banking technology (preferably with exposure to Silver lake system)
• Good experience in IT Application & Infrastructure experience.
• Experience with on the support escalation within application, Infra and security with the service management local and group tech team
• Experience in dealing with group level, management, and 3rd party
• Good planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Work independently with a Numeric and analytical skill
• Conscious of details and accuracy
• English is proficiency
