What your typical day will look like:

As a Digital Strategy Manager, your role is to support the Digital Strategy Director by bridging the Media Planning and Biddable teams to drive campaign effectiveness and performance. You will ensure campaigns are executed in line with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets, while fostering strong cross-team collaboration to deliver impactful media outcomes. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign excellence through effective coordination, communication, and adherence to best practices.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Manage the day-to-day digital strategy coordination for assigned client accounts, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives, timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Support the development of digital strategies, campaign frameworks, audience approaches, and performance recommendations across channels.
  • Collaborate closely with media, biddable, programmatic, and media partners to ensure seamless campaign planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, platforms, and technology vendors to stay updated on digital trends, platform capabilities, and strategic opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and work with relevant teams to identify optimisation opportunities, improve effectiveness, and drive stronger business outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Digital Strategy Director on new business pitches by providing digital insights, strategic recommendations, and best practices aligned with the client brief and business objectives.

A bit about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, media planning, or a related role within a media agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital media strategy, audience targeting, campaign planning, and channel strategies across digital, e-Commerce, and programmatic platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and SimilarWeb, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
