POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager Digital Marketing is responsible for supporting growth across the Wholesale, JV, Retail, and Correspondent businesses by building strong cross-functional relationships, diagnosing business needs, and developing and leading a prioritized digital marketing roadmap for these channels.

This role partners across the Originations business, Digital Marketing, Digital Product, and Performance Marketing to identify, align, and prioritize initiatives that create new and improve current owned and paid digital experiences to drive measurable outcomes. To enable success, the role is also responsible for establishing effective operating models for key initiatives (e.g., centrally led vs. federated ownership) to ensure accountability, transparency, and reliable progress towards aligned goals.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

Business Diagnosis & Strategy Development

  • Diagnose business needs across Wholesale, JV, Retail, and Correspondent channels and translate them into clear digital marketing requirements, success metrics, and prioritized initiatives.
  • Balance near-term opportunities with longer-term strategic investments to maximize impact and resource efficiency.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to understand priorities, gaps, and growth opportunities.

Digital Experience & Channel Optimization

  • Identify gaps and opportunities across owned digital experiences using web analytics and behavioral tools such as GA4 and FullStory.
  • Partner with Social and Paid Digital teams to identify external acquisition opportunities.
  • Partner with Digital Product teams to identify and optimize authenticated web and mobile app experiences.
  • Ensure digital experiences support cohesive performance across Direct, Organic, Paid, Email, Referral, and other traffic channels.

Cross-Functional Delivery & Operating Models

  • Partner across Digital Marketing, Digital Product, and Performance Marketing to align priorities, define scope, and coordinate delivery.
  • Help establish and maintain effective operating models (centrally led vs. federated ownership) to ensure accountability, transparency, and reliable execution.
  • Act as a connector across teams to drive shared goals and aligned execution.

Performance Monitoring & Storytelling

  • Monitor performance of key initiatives in partnership with stakeholders, surfacing insights, risks, and recommendations.
  • Serve as a customer-first, data-driven storyteller, translating insights into clear narratives that influence leadership decision-making.
  • Communicate plans, progress, and outcomes through concise briefs, updates, and executive-ready summaries.

Platform & Execution Oversight

  • Work comfortably within Content Management Systems to ensure site changes are executed accurately and prioritize site health.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and performance considerations are incorporated throughout delivery.
  • Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field required (or equivalent experience).
  • 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital experience optimization, lifecycle/CRM marketing, or related roles.
  • B2B and/or B2B2C experience are strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than authority.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills with the ability to diagnose needs and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Proven roadmap and prioritization discipline, balancing urgency, dependencies, and capacity.
  • Cross-functional fluency across Digital Marketing, Digital Product, and Performance Marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with experience defining success metrics, interpreting performance data, and recommending actions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-ready materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools and Microsoft Office.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Working on-site at assigned office location.
  • Regular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership.
  • Flexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines or as business needs demand.
  • Working in a cubicle hub, maintaining focus on phone calls in a noisy environment within earshot of multiple other conversations.
  • Sedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.
  • Constant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.
  • Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.

A good faith estimate of the compensation is:

90,200.00 - 158,040.00

Compensation for this position may also include other elements, including medical, financial, various paid time off benefits, and a bonus based on individual and company performance, variable or annual.

 

Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, etc.
