Manager Digital Delivery, Planning & Awareness
As a key driver of enterprise-wide governance and digital risk awareness, you’ll empower our Digital & Information Technology (D&IT) teams to deliver on bold strategic priorities. Minimum Requirements:
10+ years of progressive experience leading people and/or complex projects, with comfort navigating ambiguity and change
Post‑secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience
Strong stakeholder management experience across cross‑functional teams (e.g., Cyber Security, HR, Communications), including senior‑level forums or steering committees
Demonstrated experience developing, governing, and driving adoption of enterprise or departmental processes
Proven ability to deliver executive‑ready communications, insights, and recommendations

Responsibilities:
Lead and govern the phishing prevention program in partnership with Cyber Security, including simulations, reporting, training compliance, and investigations
Chair and steward the quarterly Phishing Prevention Steering Committee, aligning with D&IT and HR
Oversee enterprise‑wide digital training and awareness programs (e.g., Cyber Month, mandatory training, AI awareness, IT communications)
Develop, steward, and continuously improve key D&IT processes aligned to strategic goals
Guide processes such as annual goal setting and reporting, change management, portfolio management, and business value realization
Build strong partnerships across D&IT, Cyber Security, HR, and Corporate Communications
Use data and systems thinking to prioritize work, manage risk, and inform decision‑making
Lead, coach, and develop a team of early to mid‑career professionals
Location and other Key Details:
This is an office-based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office
Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
Our professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines, and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
