About the Role

The Manager, Digital Content & Publishing will join the Digital Content Team within TD Asset Management (TDAM) Content Marketing & Communications. The team is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and engaging digital content across TDAM’s owned and third-party platforms, including websites, secure portals, email, social media, and consultant databases.

This role is responsible for the execution, optimization, and day-to-day management of TDAM’s digital content experiences. While rooted in strong publishing expertise, the role plays an important part in ensuring that content is intuitive, accessible, search-optimized, and consistently implemented across client journeys. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners to implement defined digital experience standards in support of business objectives, within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content Experience Execution

  • Execute and continuously optimize digital content journeys across key client segments (retail, advisor, institutional), ensuring content is intuitive, accessible, and aligned to defined experience standards.
  • Apply established digital experience frameworks, best practices, and guidelines across websites and secure platforms.
  • Identify usability issues, content gaps, and friction points, and recommend practical improvements to structure, navigation, and content presentation.
  • Support digital experience enhancements by working closely with UX, Product, and Technology partners on defined initiatives.

Content Publishing & Platform Management

  • Lead the execution of web content publishing across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other proprietary software.
  • Build, update, and maintain web pages using approved templates, components, and modules.
  • Ensure content is accurately implemented, including copy, imagery, video, tagging, and SEO metadata, in line with brand, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and maintain experience fragments, reusable components, and dynamic content blocks, ensuring they function as intended.
  • Manage digital assets within Adobe Digital Asset Manager, including tagging, optimization, and quality control across device types.
  • Apply information architecture, taxonomy, and tagging standards to complex investment content (e.g., funds, ETFs, insights) to improve discoverability and scalability.

Optimization, Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage analytics (e.g., search behavior, click paths, content usage, and traffic trends) to identify friction and continuously refine site structure, navigation, and user flow.
  • Partner with SEO and analytics stakeholders to implement recommendations and address technical or content-related optimization issues within owned platforms.
  • Provide insight-based recommendations to improve content effectiveness, navigation, and user flow.
  • Support defined personalization and content targeting initiatives through accurate execution and ongoing refinements.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes, identifying issues and ensuring timely resolution.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for digital publishing requests, guiding stakeholders on content structure, requirements, and best practices.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of publishing and enhancement requests, ensuring clarity of requirements and on-time delivery.
  • Partner with Product, Compliance, and Content teams to execute a clear, compliant, and scalable content hierarchy across digital channels.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints, escalating issues where appropriate.

Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to established digital publishing procedures, standards, and controls.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, decisions, and implementation standards.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to tools, workflows, or ways of working.
  • Support business continuity through cross-training and documentation.
