Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive deep-dive analyses across customer segments, agency channels, products, and business strategies to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights that drive business objectives.

  • Analyze customer behaviors, channel performance, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and upselling.

  • Leverage advanced analytics to uncover behavioral patterns, digital interactions, and purchase propensity, while optimizing campaigns and enhancing channel productivity.

  • Explore and implement innovative analytical approaches and methodologies to strengthen insight generation and maximize business impact.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure the seamless integration of analytics for timely, insight-driven decision-making in business projects.

  • Transform business questions into analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to drive decision-making.

  • Develop a comprehensive and efficient framework for end-to-end business analytics and data visualization

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles with a strong focus on insight generation.

  • Expertise in statistical analysis, mathematics, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques.

  • Hands-on experience in data wrangling, feature engineering, and predictive modeling.

  • Knowledge of insurance and financial services is highly desirable.

  • Actuarial background is a plus.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging analytics to drive business outcomes.

  • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL;

  • familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
