What's the role
Client Requirement Analysis & Technical Execution:
- Work as a Manager, able to understand clients' analytics requirements, translate that into executable technical projects
- Create, interpret and apply measurement frameworks to ensure accurate data tracking.
- Lead strategic discussions, anticipate roadblocks, and guide the team through this transformation.
- Run discovery sessions, understand client’s KPIs and assess the specialized business objectives to identify tailored KPIs using all available metrics
Solution Design & Technical Documentation:
- Able to create Solution Design Reference (SDRs), technical specifications documents, tag collection guides, data layer recommendations etc.,
- Provide architectural guidance and custom solutions
- Able to create Point of Views (POVs) on latest trends or specific requirements from the clients
Team Leadership & Project Management:
- Able to manage and guide/mentor 4 to 6 team members
- Help build a capable offshore team with necessary skills by collaborating with leaders in the offshore team.
Tag Implementation & Validation:
- Implement the analytics tags and marketing pixels using tag manager
- Able to carry out implementation using Tealium, Google Tag Manager etc.,
- Able to work on JavaScript, ES6, jQuery functions, HTML, CSS to capture required data from the webpage
- Investigate any discrepancy in the GA4 reports and identify the implementation issue and fix it
- Tagging Best Practices:
- Able to employ best practices in tagging and validation
- Business Development & Solutioning:
- Able to estimate the efforts and create proposals, Statement of Works (SOWs)
- Demonstrate consistent and fresh thought leadership through whitepapers, POVs and webinars
- Continuously propose new ideas, stay aligned with industry trends, and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across analytics, data engineering, BI, and data science. Thereby significantly enhance our ability to grow the account.
- Able to identify new solutions, build Proof of Concepts (POCs), and create documentation for pitching to clients and prospects.
Client Communication & Collaboration:
- Interact with various clients and stakeholders, employees & management. Able to oversee more than 4 clients/accounts/work streams
- Lead client conversations, build trust, manage expectations, and represent Brainlabs confidently
- Influence clients by building strategic relationships at the Director, VP and C levels
- Must be very organized and able to balance working on multiple projects/tasks and small enhancements.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Overall experience of 5 to 7 years in which he/she should have hands-on analytics implementation(tagging) experience in Tealium iQ, Google Tag Manager etc., and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe analytics etc.,
- Server-side tagging experience using Tealium EventStream and consent management experience using any CMP platform
- Excellent understanding of GA4 platform and understands platform differences between Universal Analytics (UA) and GA4
- Mobile App Analytics Implementation experience using Firebase or Appsflyer etc.,
- Hands-on Experience with at least one CDP, such as Tealium AudienceStream or Blueconic etc.,
- Hands-on experience with SQL basics,the BigQuery platform and GCP
- Strong Tag Validation & Reports Validation skills. Confident in thorough pre and post publish QA.
- Well versed with GA4 exploration reports and can create segments to analyse data based on the client requirements.
- Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, Search, Social, Programmatic, Ad Operations etc.) is an added advantage
- A/B Test Configuration experience is an added advantage
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master's degree in any discipline
