Whom are we looking for?

A Manager/Senior Manager for Credit Risk function based in Mumbai-HQ; who will be an integral part of the CREDIT GSEC Team and reporting to the VP-Credit.

What would you be responsible for?

You would be part of core Credit Team of Ayvens India and would be primarily involved in critical decision-making activity.

Your main responsibilities would comprise of:

• KYC & Pre/Post-Sanction Documentation validation
• Validation of KYC & Other financial / Non-Financial documentation
• Initiation & Co-ordination with external agencies for various reports
• Analysis of Financial statement, Audit reports of Corporate and Individuals
• Due Diligence and Credit Appraisal of Corporate (Non-Retail) & Individual (Retail) applications
• Detailed Risk Analysis and recommendations in adherence with the policy guidelines.
• Effective usage of various Local & Global Credit Tools – FinnOne /CIBIL/Experian/Probe etc.
• Quality Assurance with respect to Information security.

What qualities should you have for us to consider you for this role?

• Educational Qualification: CA Inter/MBA-Finance/Post-Graduate in Commerce, Banking & Insurance or equivalent
• Minimum work experience of 05 years in Credit Risk/Corporate Banking/Business Banking/Financial Analysis.
• Strong communication skills – written and oral with fluency in English and the local language.
• Risk Awareness & Accountability
• Strong Analytical & Interpretation skills
• Savvy and easy to adapt to digital tools with strong command on MS Office
• Self-Motivated, Team player
