Fund Raising (equity + debt)
Create the Investor Thesis and data-backed narrative of Quantiphi
Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating financial Model and investor presentations like Teaser, Confidential Information Memorandum, etc
Maintain and expand network of Investors along with handling of queries
Understanding of legal documentations like SHA, SPA, Loan agreements, etc
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external counsels on the legal documentation
M&A
Identifying areas for sourcing of M&A targets.
Developing thesis for M&A acquisition through qualitative and quantitative analysis
Handle end-to-end Due Diligence and Post Merger Integration exercise
Understanding of legal documentations like merger agreements, etc
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external counsels on the legal documentation
Develop and maintain relationships with various Investment Bankers, potential targets
Strategy & Research
Develop original ideas, research, structuring that can impact decision making
Work with Business leaders to provide them with analytical support
