The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Content Strategy & Insights Manager to lead how we use data to tell stories that drive partner engagement and commercial outcomes.
This is not a traditional content creation role. You will work with senior stakeholders across commercial, product, and regional teams to identify what data and insights partners need to hear and shape that into content and product marketing strategy that moves them to act. Whether that means deepening an existing partner's engagement with Agoda or making the case a prospective one, the goal is the same: turn data into a narrative that drives a commercial result.
You will work closely with analytics and AI/engineering teams to build and ship AI-powered content products — from concept through to execution. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, product marketing, data, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this Role, you'll get to:
Strategy & Insights:
- Work with senior stakeholders across commercial, product, and regional teams to identify content needs and translate business priorities into content plans.
- Analyze partner performance, market, and competitive data to develop the insights and narratives that shape the team's content output.
- Define what story we tell, to which partners, through which channels and why it matters commercially.
- Translate partner and market insights into product marketing narratives that drive adoption and engagement across partner segments.
- Design and run tests to validate content effectiveness, measure results against commercial outcomes, and iterate strategy accordingly.
AI & Tooling:
- Partner with GenAI engineering and analytics teams on AI-powered content products — owning delivery end-to-end from scoping through launch and iteration.
- Identify and implement AI-assisted workflows across the content lifecycle from research, drafting, personalization, and distribution.
- Evaluate and integrate marketing operations to improve team efficiency and output quality.
Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Lead quarterly content planning — scoping initiatives with senior stakeholders, prioritizing requests, allocating team resources, and managing cross-functional dependencies.
- Act as a key point of contact between the content team and commercial, analytics, product, and engineering functions.
- Manage complex multi-team initiatives where content delivery depends on analytics, product, or engineering inputs shipping on time — tracking milestones, flagging risks, and driving accountability across workstreams.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in a strategy consulting firm, product marketing, marketing strategy, or commercial/business analytics role at a tech or platform company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable working with data, extracting insights, and building a narrative around them.
- A test-and-learn mindset — you default to validate assumptions with data rather than relying on intuition.
- Proven project management skills — able to drive initiatives from concept to delivery across multiple teams and competing priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analyses clearly to senior leadership.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to build processes and operating frameworks in ambiguous or early-stage environments.
It's great if you have:
- Experience with AI/ML tools or direct collaboration with engineering teams on AI-powered products.
- Knowledge of SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Looker), or marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in product marketing or go-to-market strategy
