The Manager, Consolidation, Reporting & Compliance supports the Controller in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and audit readiness of On Location’s consolidated financial results across all entities — with a focus on the FIFA World Cup 2026 program.
This is a full-time contract role combining corporate consolidation and reporting responsibilities with direct involvement in FIFA-related audit coordination, compliance monitoring, and control governance. You’ll help maintain clean, transparent, and audit-ready financial reporting in one of the most complex, high-visibility programs in On Location’s global portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidation & Reporting (Core / Global)
Assist in the consolidation of all On Location entities under U.S. GAAP, including FIFA World Cup, Olympic, and core operations.
Prepare and review entries, intercompany eliminations, and key reconciliations.
Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, internal reporting packages, and audit schedules.
Maintain accuracy of consolidated financial data in NetSuite/SAP and ensure alignment with TKO Group reporting standards.
Support process standardization and control documentation across global entities.
FIFA Compliance, Audit & Controls
Coordinate the preparation and submission of audit deliverables for FIFA World Cup 2026 across U.S., Mexico, and Canada entities.
Serve as a key Controllership liaison for FIFA, internal, and external auditors — ensuring complete, timely, and compliant audit responses.
Monitor adherence to FIFA’s financial and contractual compliance framework, including KPI-linked service credits, reporting timelines, and audit outcomes.
Maintain audit-ready documentation, including reconciliations, control matrices, and support schedules.
Track and support remediation of audit findings and control deficiencies.
Partner closely with the FIFA Controller to ensure alignment of accounting practices and audit outcomes across jurisdictions.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
Support the implementation of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) within consolidation and FIFA accounting processes.
Contribute to the design and documentation of standardized, repeatable close-to-report workflows.
Collaborate with Finance Operations, FP&A, and Treasury to strengthen reporting accuracy and control compliance.
Support Controllership’s readiness for SOX and SAP transformation initiatives.
You Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, consolidation, or audit-focused financial reporting.
Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal control frameworks, and multi-entity reporting environments.
Experience with international audits or large-scale event accounting preferred (FIFA, Olympics, or similar).
ERP proficiency (NetSuite or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, documentation discipline, and analytical ability.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with high visibility and global stakeholders.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
$90,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:
