Your role:
The manager, connected cardiac care, is a key role to help execute company growth strategies for the diagnostic cardiology and ECG management solutions in the US market. Reporting to the marketing director, US cardiac care solutions, this role will partner with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing plans and programs for new and on-market connected cardiac care solutions that help us meet revenue and market share growth targets. In addition, this key position will be at the center of supporting the definition and implementation of commercial models that inform the 'One Cardiology' commercial strategy.
This commercial/downstream marketing role will support the US sales team as the internal product/business expert for ECG management (Epiphany Cardio Server) and Eli Link (diagnostic cardiology gateway software) products, as well manage reseller relationships for the portfolio.
What you'll be doing:
Execute go to market strategy to increase adoption of cloud-based ECG management solutions for new and existing Cardio Server customers
Lead strategic partnerships for connected cardiology to increase awareness and adoption of connected cardiology solutions
Serve as regional business expert of cardiology connectivity and service solutions, executing and supporting product, positioning, promotion, pricing initiatives to support the US sales team
Identify and implement new 'one cardiology' business models that support pull-through of the total cardiology portfolio (device, software services)
Create and execute product launch and go to market plans to support new product and feature releases of ECG management and connectivity products
Establish customer reference sites, evidence-based proof points, and testimonials of product value propositions for Epiphany Cardio Server ECG management solutions
Develop sales training to enable field sales team to understand connected ECG workflows and help them articulate key clinical, economic, and financial benefits of connected cardiology solutions
Partner with global marketing and enterprise connectivity teams to evaluate business model for primary care ECG management solutions
Partner with marketing communications team to develop communications materials, demand generation programs, and product support materials value propositions for category
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. MBA preferred
5 years of experience in marketing, product management, Healthcare IT, or related field
Strong financial and analytical skills including Microsoft Office Excel
Solid experience using analytical techniques to develop strategic plans
Excellent customer presentation skills and executive presence
Ability to simplify and distill complex concepts
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively working with regional sales teams and all functional groups.
Proven ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
Knowledge of cardiology and diagnostic workflows preferred
Healthcare IT and experience with SAAS-based products and pricing models preferred

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 to $154,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
