Manager, Commissions FP&A - India

Your Impact

As a driving force on our finance team and a leader in our commissions workstreams, you'll leverage your keen eye for data and analysis to power strategic decisions. By designing, executing, and overseeing commission structures that motivate our sales teams, you'll influence the growth engine and operations of our business, while also mentoring and guiding a team of analysts.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the future of our incentive strategies: In partnership with GTM leaders, design, refine, and implement comprehensive commission plans, develop dynamic financial models, and reimagine variable pay structures for our quota-carrying sales force.
  • Oversee the commission cycle from start to finish: Ensure accurate, timely statements, proactively tackle complex commission-related challenges, and partner with GTM leadership to ensure alignment and forward momentum.
  • Transform numbers into narratives for executive leadership: Create compelling sales performance reports that spotlight critical KPIs, uncover emerging trends, and spark meaningful action across the organization.
  • Develop and mentor a team: Guide and support a team of commission analysts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the team's overall success and productivity.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in Commissions or FP&A
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; finance, accounting, or quantitative focus a plus
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills
  • Extensive experience with scenario and integrated financial modeling
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage complex projects with strong organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Superior presentation and storytelling skills - ability to convert complex numbers and analysis into executive-level messaging and strategic recommendations
  • Strong ability to problem-solve, drive process improvement efforts, and implement best practices
  • Self-starter with a "Can-do" attitude, a strong connection to team success, and a proven ability to lead and motivate others.
