Manager Colleague Engagement (Secondment for 12 month) (m/f/d)

As Manager Colleague Engagement, you will be part of our People Experience team and play a key role in shaping our organizational culture. You will develop innovative strategies and programs that foster engagement, inclusion, and holistic wellbeing—helping us position ourselves as an employer of choice in the biopharma sector.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engagement strategies aligned with our values and DEI principles
  • Design and coordinate initiatives that promote a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative culture
  • Support change processes through effective communication and coaching
  • Organize team-building events, recognition programs, and activities to boost morale and collaboration
  • Develop and deliver holistic wellbeing programs (physical, mental, social)
  • Foster psychological safety, resilience, and inclusion through targeted support
  • Coordinate reintegration processes for employees returning from extended leave, ensuring sustainable workload management
  • Select and implement digital tools to enhance the employee experience
  • Leverage people analytics for evidence-based decision making and continuous improvement
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all engagement and wellbeing initiatives

Your Profile

  • Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building networks
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently
  • Innovative and agile mindset in a dynamic environment
  • In-depth knowledge of employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communications
  • Digital fluency and experience with modern tools (e.g., AI-driven communication platforms)
  • Experience in occupational health management and reintegration processes (BEM)
  • Passion for DEI and fostering an inclusive workplace
