Your new role
Join us in this newly created leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Claims, Pacific. You will be:
- A strategic partner to the Claims Senior Leadership Team, turning strategy into practical delivery
- The voice of Claims performance—using data and insight to improve outcomes for customers and the business
- Driving continuous improvement through performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- A trusted contributor to business improvement initiatives, projects, and cross‑functional working groups
- Ensuring there is risk awareness into decision‑making & appropriate controls support sustainable performance
About you
- Experience in claims operations or claims leadership roles
- Strong capability in extracting, analysing, and interpreting data to support informed decision‑making
- Excellent problem solving, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Experience supporting and delivering team or function‑level strategy in day‑to‑day operations
- Confidence translating data and results into clear, practical insights for Claims leadership
