The Business Operations Process Manager role presents an outstanding opportunity to lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize our business processes to achieve extraordinary operational excellence!
 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the review of existing business workflows to detect inefficiencies and potential improvements.

  • Implement guidelines and innovative ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness across order-to-cash, demand planning, and revenue planning.

  • Develop and articulate a strategic roadmap for process reengineering aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Partner with cross-functional collaborators to drive successful adoption and implementation of process improvements.

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of key initiatives within the Business Operations team.

What we need to see:

  • 10+ years of overall relevant work experience.

  • BS/BA in business administration or a related field or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred).

  • 3+ years' experience managing and mentoring teams within both technical and business capacities to encourage innovation.

  • Proven experience in a similar role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with outstanding attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative team environments.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
