What You’ll Do

As a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager, you’ll be part of our Tools and Outdoor Price Analytics team. You’ll get to: 

  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to drive business insights.
  • Set strategic direction for BI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business needs.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to BI Analysts and Data Visualization professionals, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, IT, and data engineering teams to prioritize and deliver on analytics projects.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, data integrity, and visualization standards.
  • Drive continuous process improvement in metrics, reporting, and BI strategy.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications for multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Ensure data from various sources (data lakes, warehouses, Snowflake, etc.) is effectively integrated and utilized.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and reporting issues, providing guidance to the team.
  • Stay current with emerging BI tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance team capabilities.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Demonstrated success managing BI or analytics projects and teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
  • Deep understanding of ETL concepts and tools (e.g., Alteryx, SQL, Python, R).
  • Experience with data governance, data modeling, and data quality frameworks.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, and Power BI.
