What you'll do...
- ServiceChannel expertise: Leverage strong knowledge of the ServiceChannel system to coordinate, track, and resolve work orders and service requests.
- Operational leadership & execution: Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by aligning stakeholders, setting clear goals, building accountability, and measuring progress against results.
- People leadership: Hire, train, mentor, assign work, and recognize associates while fostering a culture of belonging and continuous development.
- Compliance & ethics: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards of integrity; reinforce the Open Door process and non-retaliation expectations.
- Customer/member support & issue resolution: Provide responsive service, answer questions, resolve issues, and serve as an information resource using defined policies and practices.
- Reporting & documentation: Prepare reports, communicate results, and create/maintain supporting documentation to enable key business processes.
- Process management & continuous improvement: Establish timelines, workflows, controls, and training; verify process functionality and implement improvements.
- Data & analytics: Extract, consolidate, validate, and analyze data (KPIs/metrics/financials as applicable) to identify trends, risks, root causes, and solutions.
- Insights & strategic support: Translate research and marketplace trends into actionable insights; advise stakeholders on next steps and recommend improvements.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
