Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, business driven marketer to drive Schweppes across mainland China, Hongkong and Taiwan. Possessing some super-powers will be essential to success. The ideal candidate will be a keen brand strategist but also possess strong business acumen, an analytical wizard but also an impactful creator, a leader of self but also a powerful influencer.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Support to develop and execute brand growth strategies, business plans and innovations to fuel equity and market share growth.
  • Compelling local competition defense strategy development covering brand edge enhancement to expand user base, innovation strategy and activation plan to land in channel, assessment of business growth opportunities leveraging consumer insights, competitor landscape and business case development.
  • Solid brand initiatives planning and execution together with brand marketing calendar development (such as products, packages, communications and promotional activities).
  • Lead to work closely with internal and external cross functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Drive marketing communications plans by closely working with the team including agency partners.
  • Brand business diagnosis and holistic analysis as well as to manage routine performance tracking in profit and sales volume, and design brand research.
  • Manage marketing budget in alignment with brand strategy and productivity guidelines.
  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • 4+ years of experience in the area of brand/product marketing at FMCG including new product development and strategy development.
  • Consumer centric mindset and strategic thinker. Deeper understanding on consumer insights.
  • E2E experience, quality experience on social & EC. Customer engagement experiences
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Good leadership and communication skills involve many stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Skills to analyze complex market and consumer environment and form own recommendation.
  • Collaboration, teamwork, positive belief, and sense of responsibility. Strong passion and responsibility to deliver results.
