The successful candidate will standardize and streamline our company’s billing practices while identifying opportunities to replace manual processes with system-driven solutions. This role will focus on improving efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies when issuing invoices, and leveraging our ERP systems to optimize workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in process improvement, contract term evaluation, and ERP system familiarity, with preferred experience in Workday Billing and a background in billing or contracting.Job Duties:
Provides leadership over Ancillary Billing. Serves as primary point of contact for any non-patient, non-premium billing produced from the ERP system.
