As the Manager of the Consumer Monitoring and Investigation Team (OCMI), you will be accountable for leading people management activities and playing a critical role in shaping and enforcing compliance standards.
You will contribute to the development, implementation, and enforcement of policies, procedures, and programs aimed at minimizing potential money laundering risk within the established strategies of FIU-OCMI (Financial Investigation Unit – Consumer Monitoring and Investigation).
The role is central to identifying and mitigating risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud, ensuring Western Union operates with integrity and in full compliance with global regulatory requirements.
