Manager, AI Enablement

The opportunity

As a Manager within the AI team, this role is responsible for AI training, empowering employees at every level to work smarter, faster, and more creatively through AI. 

Who you'll work with

  • Enterprise users – Surface common use cases and originate new use cases such as with Enterprise ChatGPT and MS Copilot, shaping and delivering training and resources for different teams, user groups and individuals 

  • Senior leaders and champions – Influence AI training plans with guidance from a manager and scale reach across the organization 

  • AI Centre of Enablement team – Integrate AI and training strategy, collaborate with change management to ensure coordinated stakheoldder engagement and change management activities 

  • Technology and AI Delivery Team – Help drive integration and connectivity across technology teams within the business and in the Technology organization 

  • Tool vendors or external partners – Supplement internal capacity or capability as needed to ensure high impact training and enable scaled adoption 

What you'll do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Enterprise ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, staying current on new and emerging features

  • Design and deliver quarterly training and engagement plans (live sessions, 1:1 coaching, async resources, superuser networks)

  • Create role‑based learning paths and hands‑on workshops focused on use cases, prompting, and AI capabilities

  • Deliver practical learning experiences that drive adoption, productivity, and high‑quality user experiences

  • Prioritize activities based on business impact, strategic value, and effort, with guidance

  • Identify and engage external partners or vendors as needed to augment internal capabilityAct as a visible AI expert across teams and seniority levels, enabling cross‑learning and collaboration

  • Build and maintain a strong network of AI champions and superusers

  • Represent the AI team in business and leadership forums with clear, compelling narratives

  • Establish continuous feedback loops to keep plans aligned with evolving business priorities

  • Partner with change management and business leaders to maximize adoption and refine training

  • Track usage and adoption metrics; synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions

  • Prepare regular reporting to provide leadership with visibility into outcomes and progress

  • Champion AI capabilities across Technology and OTPP, identifying synergies and enabling integration across AI initiatives

  • Determine and implement the most effective training methods to drive AI adoption

  • Lead stakeholder and leadership meetings, owning outcomes and follow‑up actions

  • Select and refine approaches to drive adoption of Enterprise ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot

  • Prioritize work based on business value, data insights, and stakeholder experience

  • Manage meeting outcomes, action plans, and required budget decisions

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s in Business, Technology, or a related field. 

  • Strong understanding of AI trends, including LLMs, GenAI, agentic frameworks, and prompt-based systems 

  • Experience with modern AI stacks, such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Azure, Copilot or similar ecosystems 

  • Proficient execution and delivery skills in technology user training, adoption and enablement 

  • Skilled in understanding users’ task / workflow automation opportunities 

  • Cross-functional influence - able to align or influence stakeholders, translate needs into technical use case, and execute in a fast-moving environment 

  • Analytical and organized mindset, with the ability to define metrics, track impact, and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences 

  • Strong EQ and practices active listening and thoughtful inquiry to understand business needs in order to unlock meaningful opportunities 

  • Willingness and ability to travel, as required 

  • 4+ years of experience in coaching, training, or consulting roles related to AI tools digital automation, or related topics 

  • Proven ability to analyze business challenges and recommend AI-driven solutions and track measurable metrics that drive business impact 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach 

  • Ability to support teams to leaders with varied levels of AI and data expertise

What we’re offering

Pay-for-performance with base salary and annual incentive based on individual and enterprise performance. The Base Salary range for this level is as follows: $105,000 - $155,000. Individual compensation and placement of this role in the range is based on different factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, demonstrated competencies, and internal equity as they relate to the role.
