Mastercard’s Loyalty is a part of Consumer Acquisition and Engagement and works closely with major financial organizations, retailers, airlines, and other enterprises to provide a range of offerings that span data management, rewards and offers, and much more all to enable frictionless customer transactions and improve customer Loyalty experiences.
About the role:
As part of Loyalty, the Global Rewards Product Team is looking for a Senior Specialist, Product Management (GTM) to lead go-to-market strategies for its Global Redemption Suite. This role will manage redemption products and oversee the global roadmap ensuring maximum impact from key stakeholders across multiple regions globally. This role will be instrumental in not only the roll out of new products to regions and clients but also the ongoing management of key internal and external stakeholders, including key partners that contribute to the product line.
• Contributes to product management by overseeing long-term and short-term strategic initiatives to commercialize redemption products across 5 regions
• Contributes to the overall strategy of product evolution, including go-to-market strategy, optimization of products and resources, implementation of improvements within the product’s life cycle,
and conducting ongoing care and maintenance
• Drive tangible data-driven business outcomes at the product level, manage to a quantified scorecard continuously monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, creating proactive plans to drive usage and revenues.
• Interpret and apply program vision to product strategy and roadmap for the products they manage, clearly communicating it to key regional stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Partner with external partners/vendors to evolve the product line, enhance user experience and continuously improve the product’s operations for maximum revenue impact
• Drive effective sales, marketing and technical enablement by delivering high‑quality materials, clearly communicating value, and continuously improving enablement programs.
• Partner with Delivery, Servicing and Sales teams to ensure that Products are easy to sell, deploy and deliver a great experience during operation
• Demonstrate awareness of Mastercard's broader product offering and the ability to leverage products from other business areas to augment product capabilities
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills and experiences
• Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviours through their behaviour, recognitions and employee engagement.
All about you:
• Loyalty, Rewards and/or Travel industry experience, with solid understanding of the current loyalty redemption and/or travel environment
• Extensive experience building and launching technical products, while demonstrating strong partnership management and influencing skills with external vendors
• Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy
• Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
• Proven track record of data driven decision making and applying continuous improvement and test and learn methodologies across teams
• Can communicate to executives, peers, and employees with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
• Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing executive leadership while commanding the respect of the individual product teams across the organization
• Experience translating strategies into product launches and implementation plans in multiple regions
• Can deliver high quality products/services in a high-growth environment where priorities shift rapidly

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
