Lead the accounting and month-end close process for retail operations, including both physical stores and e-commerce channels, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Manage the reconciliation of retail store and e-commerce sales, returns, discounts, and related revenue activity, ensuring proper alignment between POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and the general ledger, as well as accurate collections and cash/credit request processes.

Oversee store and e-commerce operating expenses, including marketing, store-related payroll costs, supplies, maintenance, merchant and payment processing fees, third-party fees, technology expenses, and other general and administrative expenses, ensuring proper accruals and accurate expense recognition.

Evaluate sales performance, profit margins, and SG&A expenses, providing detailed explanations of variances against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year activity, as well as identifying cost-control opportunities and strategic recommendations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, IT, and E-commerce teams to ensure accurate accounting records, support new initiatives, implement system updates/changes, and execute process improvements impacting finance.

Maintain and strengthen internal controls over retail financial reporting, including revenue and operating expenses, and support internal and external audit requests.


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a management role within the retail sector.
