Job Summary
• This role is responsible for activities related to the implementation of the Responsible Sourcing Management System, including issue resolution by applying knowledge of rules, policies, and processes, and identifying process inefficiencies and bottlenecks. The role reviews team performance metrics regularly and prepares senior management reports. The role supports experienced team members in process development, contributes to projects or cross-functional teams, and manages communications with suppliers.
Responsibilities
• Develops and maintains policies and processes.
• Maintains documents and records according to define policies and procedures.
• Maintains a calendar of responsible sourcing activities and tracks completion.
• Coordinates supplier communications, workshops, including content development.
• Maintains internal and external portal landing page content.
• Tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of the management system and regularly reports progress to senior management. Reviews performance on a regular basis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identifies inefficiencies and bottlenecks in management system related processes, reports them to senior individual contributors.
• Supports the experienced team members in the deployment of responsible sourcing programs.
• Contributes to a project or cross-functional team as a member with peer reviewing role.
• Keeps meticulous records, maintaining a comprehensive documentation trail of all activities and results
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has <2 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
