Job Summary: You will serve as a Management & Program Analyst in the Office of the Inspector General (IG), U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFLTFORCOM) an Echelon II Command, of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.

Major Duties:

  • You will assist the Director with updating and maintaining inspection trends, utilizing industry-backed visualization techniques and tools, to provide leadership with new insights gained from mining Inspectors General data.
  • You will provide direct support to the program managers by organizing, collecting, analyzing and presenting information related to Command Inspections and Internal Assessments within the USFLTFORCOM community.
  • You will collect, review, evaluate and interpret data on resources (funding, labor, equipment) expended and milestones met.
  • You will serve as the primary site administrator for the USFLTFORCOM IG Enterprise Inspection SharePoint site.
  • You will develop and maintain up to date training materials for various roles assigned to the inspection site.
  • You will monitor help desk solutions for site end users to report issues encountered on the inspection site.
  • You will control, write, revise, and improve various administrative directives for diverse IG functions, program objectives or work processes that are large or complex.
  • You will serve as the IG Directorate Security Coordinator. Reviews documents to determine proper security classification.
  • You will perform management information reviews and studies to develop and recommend methods, guidance and procedures to improve workflow, document processes and eliminate unnecessary tasks.
  • You will prepare and present briefings.
  • You will coordinate review of records to determine whether to release/withhold under Freedom of Information or Privacy Act.
  • You will update, revise, sort, calculate and manipulate data from a variety of database and spreadsheet sources and software programs to meet multiple report formats and produce standard reports, charts, and graphs.

Qualifications: GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Experience utilizing online databases, such as SharePoint, to manage custom applications and web pages - Experience providing end user training, customer support, and responding to requests for changes to online solutions - Experience collecting organizational and/or program data to develop reports, produce charts and graphs, or monitor project or program status - Experience conducting independent data research and analysis in support of Navy programs and processes - Experience reviewing, drafting, and routing Navy correspondence GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
