Job Summary: You will serve as a Program and Management Analyst in the Nuclear Quality Division (Code 2350) of PSNS and IMF.

Major Duties:

  • You will prepare instructions, operating policies, procedures, guidelines, etc., concerning divisional processes.
  • You will gather, interpret, analyze, and correlate large amounts of narrative and statistical information.
  • You will make recommendations for required changes and adjustments to ensure proper and adequate accomplishment of major goals and objectives
  • You will guide cross-functional teams to assess performance, analyze processes and systems, and plan and implement process improvements for organizational value gain.
  • You will develop and implement systems and methods for conducting and evaluating self-assessments; and for recommending, implementing, and integrating changes when needed.

Qualifications: GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting program studies, analyzing findings, and developing recommendations to resolve and improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of organizational programs and operations. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting studies of quality performance data; utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to identify adverse trends or deficiencies and recommend corrective actions for improving efficiency and effectiveness of work operations.
