The main mission is to ensure excellent customer service and efficient order fulfillment within the Region. This involves directly processing customer requests and orders, overseeing the regional customer service team, resolving customer issues, and driving continuous improvement or digital initiatives to enhance service delivery.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Programme enables graduates to gain real insights into life at Air Liquide. It is a structured programme that allows for an in-depth exploration of interest in the chemicals industry and develops their professional skills and competencies. For the duration of the programme, our Management Associate will be rotated to work on special mission projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Process regional orders and customer requests:

  • Manage all general inquiries and onboarding processes—including account setup, document requests, and price adjustments—ensuring swift, accurate, and high-quality resolutions for the customer.
  • Drive the complete order lifecycle by processing multi-channel orders, coordinating with site logistics to guarantee stock availability, and finalizing post-delivery confirmations for accurate and timely billing.

2. Drive Customer Services strategies and C-IMP initiatives to improve service level:

  • Deploy targeted strategies to improve existing processes across all channels in order to enhance team performance, reduce lead times and improving Customer Experience (CX).
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify process gaps and guide the team in implementing improvement methods aligned with Cluster/Group best practices.

3. Customer Experience & Digital Adoption Projects

  • Drive key digital transformation projects that facilitate the order lifecycle and boost user adoption rates through training, campaigns and other supporting strategies.
  • Champion a seamless customer journey by leveraging the existing customer feedback module to gather feedback, identify improvement areas, and collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders to implement solutions.

4. Ad-hoc Responsibilities

  • Support in Document retention as per ISO standards and Finance Audit requirements.
  • Support asset department on performing monthly stock take
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Are you a MATCH?

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business from a reputable educational institution with good academic and co-curricular record
  • Entry level applicants or a maximum of 3 years of full-time working experience candidates are welcome to apply
  • Strong leadership qualities, excellent numerical and communication skills, high learning agility and resilience to succeed in a dynamic environment
