The Opportunity
As part of the Managed Services team, you will independently manage break/fix resolutions and configuration changes for Clinical Applications. As an Associate, you will begin mentoring peers, support upgrade cycles, and enhance your analytical skills while driving system stability and promoting collaboration across application teams.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience

- Proven experience in system maintenance and troubleshooting

- Developing and maintaining user guides and documentation

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
