About the Role

The Managed Services Analyst supports our customers by tracing individuals and helping reconnect them with the organisations they are entitled to hear from. This role involves reviewing information, managing records in internal systems, and coordinating with external registry offices. You will work carefully with sensitive data and contribute to positive customer outcomes through accurate, respectful, and persistent work.

Responsibilities

  • Research and trace individuals using internal systems and approved external sources.
  • Reconnect individuals with customers through secure written and telephone communication.
  • Accurately record, update, and manage information across internal databases.
  • Prepare and securely share files with customers in line with data protection requirements.
  • Request official certificates from registry offices and track associated costs.
  • Complete additional tasks related to the role, as needed.

Requirements

  • Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately.
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow agreed processes.
  • Able to review information, identify key issues, and take appropriate action within the role.
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully with people from a range of backgrounds and levels of understanding.
  • Works collaboratively within a team and values different perspectives.
  • Open to feedback and willing to use it to support personal development.
