About the Role
This role is for a business development leader who understands the operational mission of the U.S. Army and can translate complex defense needs into scalable software solutions. You will lead Reveal's engagement with Army stakeholders at PAE Maneuver Ground and PAE Maneuver Air — with a focused emphasis on CPE Ground, formerly PEO Soldier, CPE Autonomy, CPE Aviation— drive strategic growth initiatives, and partner closely with engineering and business teams to deliver measurable impact across DoD programs. Success in this role requires deep experience taking products from P0 to P1, closing SBIR Phase I through Phase III, proven relationships within PAE Ground Maneuver and PAE Maneuver Air, and the ability to operate independently in a high-stakes environment.
