  • Collect and document essential knowledge required to support the Client Service Desk, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the ticketing system.
  • Manage and monitor outstanding tickets for the MITS Onboarding team, identifying appropriate resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and scheduling follow-up actions.
  • Assist with billing accuracy and license management for multiple platforms and services, including Barracuda, Duo, KnowBe4, QuickHelp, AvePoint, Sophos, and ProofPoint.
  • Maintain, update, and improve Knowledge Base articles to ensure accurate, current, and helpful documentation for both clients and internal teams.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams—including onboarding, support, sales, and account management—to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for clients.
  • Own and maintain the Client Fulfiller licensing process, partnering closely with the internal ServiceNow team to ensure proper configurations, accurate role assignments, and timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Client Service Desk and MITS Onboarding team to document changes in documentation needs, process updates, and knowledge-sharing strategies.
  • Support the User Provisioning team by setting up new users and processing terminations in accordance with detailed procedures, security requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure efficient user setups and terminations by keeping User Provisioning Knowledge Base content complete, updated, and aligned with current processes.
