Maintenance Technician Intern

The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 58,700.00 USD - 80,880.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will provide essential assistance in preventive maintenance scheduling, asset data collection, work‑order backlog reduction, and documentation updates—tasks that directly impact equipment uptime and operational continuity.

The intern will operate under the guidance of the Maintenance Team leadership and follow a structured project plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Asset tagging and verification

  • CMMS data clean‑up

  • PM optimization

  • Support for ongoing reliability initiatives.

  • Utilize data and problem-solving tools for improved PM efficiency

  • Utilize data analysis to proactively identify issues and generate solutions: RedZone, Tableau, PowerBI

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Must be enrolled and seeking degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management or related degree.

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship

  • Available to complete internship May 11, 2026, or May 18, 2026 - August 07, 2026, or August 14, 2026 (dates flexible).

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Previous internship or work experience is preferred but not required.

  • Strong analytical skills, skilled in Excel spreadsheets and knowledge of presentation and word processing software.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Good critical thinking skills.

  • Detail-oriented.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • This role is not eligible for relocation.
