WinnCompanies is looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Merced The Grove, an 204-unit affordable housing community located in Merced, CA.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots maintaining the property to satisfy ownership and management objectives.
The pay range for this role is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Please note that selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with on-call activity as needed.
