What You'll Do

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of HF machine and mold.

This role supports continuous production by performing diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and timely interventions to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance

Key Responsibilities:

The position plays a key role within the organization by ensuring equipment reliability, assisting production teams, and contributing to overall quality and safety standards

  • Perform routine maintenance on HF machine and mold
  • Install, adjust, and calibrate machinery and mold as required
  • Adjust machine settings, tensions, and components to meet production requirements and quality standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure machines operate safely and efficiently
  • Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedules and document all interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report any potential hazards or malfunctions.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports for traceability and performance monitoring.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and efficiency.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Technical diploma or professional training in industrial maintenance,
  • Proven experience in maintaining and repairing industrial sewing machines (lockstitch, overlock, coverstitch, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and machine specifications.
  • Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
  • Understanding of workplace safety standards and maintenance best practices.
