- Execute planned preventive maintenance (PM); accurately record maintenance results and ensure CMMS data integrity (work orders, PMs, spare parts).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures; assist engineers in complex repairs, equipment modifications, and reliability improvement projects.
- Participate in on-site installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new or modified equipment, continuously optimizing performance and operating parameters.

- Support energy-saving initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities, implementing low-cost solutions, and participating in project commissioning and M&V (measurement and verification).
- Manage contractor safety and work compliance: review risk assessments/JSAs and work instructions, conduct pre-entry safety training, and supervise on-site execution.
- Administer and manage special work permits (e.g., hot work, working at heights, confined space entry, LOTO/electrical isolation, and lifting operations) to ensure all control measures are effectively implemented.
- Participate in EHS, energy, and quality audits; implement corrective actions and maintain 5S and a safe working environment.
- Coordinate third-party organizations to perform statutory inspections, testing, and certifications (e.g., elevators, pressure vessels, safety valves, water treatment systems).
- Organize annual training and emergency drills for part-time Designated Responders (DRs) and conduct annual competency evaluations.
