Maintenance Supervisor

Spain-Berga Full time

We are now seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to help us further building the future of food. You can be based in Berga, Spain and report to Maintenance Manager and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Spain.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work to analyze production lines from a technical and maintenance perspective ensuring continuous improvement. Coordinate and implement the prevention plans for machinery.

What will you do:

  • Maintenance and development of properties.

  • Manage and allocate technical projects.

  • Management and co-ordination of service contracts, renewals

  • Purchasing and maintenance of production and facility equipment

  • Liaison, negotiation and control of external contractors

  • Responsible for Risk Management including Fire & Safety Protection including inspections.

  • Responsible for the facility budget including equipment and facility investments plans.

  • Ensure that all production and facility equipment and external contractors are sourced at a competitive price.

  • Manage spare parts including inventory cycle count.

  • Responsible for supporting projects with proper factory process and equipment consequence analyze according to EPD/NPD process.

  • Ensure successful project implementation in terms of timing, cost and fulfilled project targets.

  • Act and live according to Paulig values and actively promote and implement these throughout the entire organization.

  • Actively promote and relentlessly implement Paulig performance system to ensure continuous improvement in culture with visible results.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in relevant disciplines or similar.

  • Experience of the manufacturing process.

  • Experience of LEAN manufacturing environment

    §  Good Automation and electrical knowledge

    .

  • Computer experience in MS Office, Sharepoint, CRM, SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD and ERP or similar design tools and generic insight in other relevant technical software and applications.

  • Creative business development.
