As our next Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of coordinating repairs, allocating work, and managing preventative maintenance programs across the facility. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems will be crucial in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Direct workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Assist workers in diagnosing malfunctions and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage predictive and preventative maintenance systems using Infor EAM or similar software.
• Requisition and maintain spare parts inventory in coordination with Purchasing.
• Modify programming of robots and related equipment (robot controllers and PLCs).
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders; assign duties and enforce safety regulations.
• Recommend measures to improve maintenance methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Analyze and resolve work problems; motivate workers to achieve goals.
• Ensure accurate time records for maintenance personnel and manage annual tool allowance program.
• Coordinate activities with other supervisors and ensure compliance with Quality Management and Environmental Health & Safety Systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma required; College education relevant to position is an asset.
• Certificate of Qualification – 433A / 442A / 309A.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (noise, oil/mist, moving parts).

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in robotics programming and automation systems.
• Familiarity with Infor EAM or similar maintenance management software.
