Salary Range: $55,000 - 79,000 CAD annually

As our next Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a skilled trades team responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment. Your expertise in maintenance operations within a manufacturing or automotive environment will keep our facility running safely, efficiently, and with maximum uptime.
• Ensuring maintenance personnel perform all work safely and in compliance with JEC safety policies and regulatory requirements
• Communicating shift updates, completed tasks, and priority work with supervisors across shifts
• Reviewing, prioritizing, and assigning work orders based on Safety–Quality–Production
• Scheduling and completing preventative maintenance using Infor EAM software
• Supporting the development of the weekly maintenance plan
• Keeping a detailed shift journal for transparent communication to subsequent shifts
• Providing technical support for troubleshooting and repairs using available documentation and resources
• Coordinating procurement of repair parts and assisting purchasing in expediting urgent materials
• Managing on‑site contractors and ensuring safe, clearly scoped work
• Completing assigned planned work projects
• Auditing maintenance systems and addressing deficiencies
• Conducting departmental needs analysis, recommending training, tools, materials, and staffing requirements
• Working in compliance with JEC Quality and EHS policies, including IATF:16949 and ISO:14001
• Performing all other duties as assigned
• Post‑secondary degree, diploma, or recognized Trade Certificate in a relevant field

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic press applications, mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with high‑temperature equipment, automated material handling, robotics, and CNC machines (asset)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Supervisory experience in a maintenance department and experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Advanced degree in a related field
• Experience with Infor EAM
• Knowledge of IATF:16949 or ISO:14001 compliance systems
• Background in automotive manufacturing maintenance
