EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred with 5 years maintenance supervisory experience in preventative and predictive maintenance systems or Associates degree in any technical discipline preferably maintenance or engineering technology and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a maintenance / planning role.

  • This position requires strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management software (CMMS)
  • General understanding of OSHA, ANSI, NFPA 70E, and NEC regulations
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Job requires daily physical activity including climbing stairs and ladders, bending at the knees and back, lifting 50 lbs, walking, periodic exposure to temperature extremes and working in elevated locations.
  • Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, inventory turns, performance to budget.
