Key Responsibilities:
Work with key Solid dose manufacturing and compression engineers to write User Requirement Specifications, Factory Acceptance Trials, Site Acceptance Trials, Commissioning Protocols, Calibration/Maintenance documents, SOP's updates.
Coordinate the GSK approval process for said written documentations.
Support all the documents that are required to complete validation during the validation process.
Coordinate other services to complete documentation such as calibration, training, special assignments.
Assess Solid Manufacturing documents for correctness and clarity as an entry level engineer.
Write SOP's that complete/support the commissioning of Manufacturing projects as required.
Assist in the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Provide high quality work consistent with pharmaceutical standards.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Assist in Plant Trials to include writing part of the plant trial.
Follow GSK training requirements as well as the Safety, Quality and Compliance programs.
Qualification, Experience & Skills
DAE or Equivalent degree in relevant disciple
Min 5-8 years of Experience with manufacturing, compression area, and packaging operations
Exposure to solid dose manufacturing, compression machines, packaging operations, tablet coating and mechanical engineering projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Operating at pace and agile decision-making using evidence and applying judgement to balance pace, rigour and risk.
