Essential Job Functions:
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, forklift, crane, or equipment-specific certifications) are a plus.
Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment, piping, pumps, motors, conveyors, and facility systems.
Experience reading and interpreting P&IDs, schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for documenting and tracking maintenance work.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for mechanical and equipment issues.
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools, fabrication equipment, and machinery.
Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
