Job Title: Technician Maintenance

Location: Rewari, Gurgaon

What you will get:

The Shift Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving HCM machine performance during shifts. This includes ensuring high A%T and yield, minimizing machine stops, resolving STAS-related issues, and supporting capsule quality assurance. The role ensures uninterrupted operations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance while complying with EHS and GMP/GDP standards

What You Will Do

• Maintain and improve HCM A%T and yield performance during the shift.

• Monitor all HCM stops (including STAS code–based stops) and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.

• Resolve long mechanical and quality-related machine stops.

• Apply strong working knowledge of all HCM sections.

• Troubleshoot STAS codes and capsule defects efficiently.

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective mechanical maintenance.

• Ensure machines are in good operating condition throughout the shift.

• Troubleshoot and correct capsule quality issues.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum ITI (Mechanical) qualification (required).

• 2–6 years of experience in HCM maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for STAS codes and capsule defect analysis.

• Proficiency in mechanical maintenance of high-speed equipment.

• Ability to read and write in English for technical communication and documentation.

• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and adherence to safety guidelines.

• Business Fluent in English and Hindi
