Lead the Maintenance Team to New Heights – Atlanta, GA
NOVO Health Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our Atlanta facility. This critical leadership role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all plant equipment and infrastructure supporting our healthcare linen services.
At NOVO, we prioritize safety, infection control, and operational excellence. The Maintenance Manager plays a key role in driving equipment uptime, optimizing performance, and supporting a high-volume production environment.
Experience in large-scale industrial laundry operations is required.
What You’ll Do
Lead Maintenance Operations
Provide hands-on leadership and technical direction across all maintenance functions, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, boiler, and facility systems
Ensure optimal performance and reliability of all production equipment
Drive Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life
Establish best practices for preventive and predictive maintenance
Troubleshoot & Improve
Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues quickly and effectively
Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions
Manage Projects & Capital Improvements
Lead maintenance and engineering projects from planning through execution
Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and budget expectations
Ensure Safety & Compliance
Maintain compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulatory standards
Champion a strong safety culture across the facility
Lead & Develop Your Team
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team
Drive accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Leverage Data for Performance
Analyze maintenance and operational data to improve equipment reliability and reduce costs
Collaborate Across the Organization
Partner with plant leadership and operations to align maintenance strategy with production goals
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in a Maintenance Manager or senior maintenance leadership role
Required: Experience in large industrial laundry operations
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, boiler, and facility systems
Proven experience leading maintenance teams in a high-volume production environment
Strong troubleshooting, project management, and problem-solving skills
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and reliability initiatives
Working knowledge of OSHA and regulatory compliance standards
Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and competing priorities effectively
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
