Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Leads work assignments and provides guidance and instruction to lower level technicians.
- Responsible for Maintenance Connection System.
- Performs highly complex troubleshooting: repairs, modifies and maintains systems and/or equipment.
- Responsible for equipment location, calibration and verification.
- Leads and may schedule maintenance, service and repairs to production equipment. Leads documentation of tasks, PM results and/or corrective actions in Maintenance Connection system.
- Designs, recommends, assembles and installs equipment/apparatus and processes for product fabrication, research and development or analysis and testing.
- Submits requisitions for parts and/or external services for approval.
- Performs monthly reports including the use of spare parts, maintenance efficiency, and utility services.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education: Technical degree with 7+ years of experience.
- Minimum Experience: 7+ year’s maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Special Skills: Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills. Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read and develop technical drawings/prints. Excellent technical writing skills. Computer operation skills. Strong mechanical/electrical/technical aptitude. Have a strong knowledge of the critical equipment such as vacuum, refrigeration, laser system (cutting & welding), metallization, electrical control, PLC, etc.
