The Maintenance Engineer Sr drives reliability and performance across manufacturing operations by developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and optimizing spare parts management. This role enables data-driven asset performance tracking through meaningful KPIs, assesses equipment condition, and recommends capital investments to improve long-term reliability. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams on critical projects and support maintenance activities through root cause analysis, equipment troubleshooting, inspections, audits, and accurate maintenance documentation.

What You Will Do 

  • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs and optimized spare parts strategies to maximize uptime and production performance.
  • Track meaningful KPIs to evaluate equipment health, maintenance effectiveness, and support data-driven end-of-life and capital investment decisions.
  • Maintain clear, effective maintenance documentation that captures best practices and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead data-driven root cause analyses to resolve equipment failures and prevent recurrence.
  • Partner with manufacturing engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to deliver critical maintenance projects on time and with high impact.
  • Mentor maintenance staff while fostering a culture of safety, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform regular equipment inspections and audits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with industry standards.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering. 
  • Experience: 5+ years in maintenance engineering or similar role in manufacturing/industrial environment.  
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Root Cause Analysis and Six Sigma tools.
  • Maintenance Knowledge: Proven expertise in total productive maintenance practices, reliability-centered maintenance, and maintenance management systems.
  • Manufacturing Knowledge: Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment; preferably molding, stamping and high-speed assembly.
  • Interpersonal: Strong written and verbal communication including technical writing skills.
  • Systems: Experience with automation and control systems, PLC & CAD software, CMMS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hydra MES systems, diagnostic tools, and maintenance management software.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $120,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
