Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Mechanical maintenance activities of total Plant Machinery.
• Assigning/attending the machines for breakdown maintenance.
• Analysis of Down time and taking corrective actions.
• To be able to do hands on work whenever required.
• Review and maintaining of Maintenance spares.
• Train the subordinates.
• To maintain ISO Records related to Maintenance dept.
• Encouraging teamwork.
• Implementing safety culture.

Experience and required competencies:

• 10-12 years of experience Preferably in Engineering or Automobile company.
• Should have worked in maintenance dept. in Mechanical section in an Engineering industry.
• Knowledge and Hands on experience in Hydraulic systems and should be able to understand hyd. circuits.
• Able to understand machine assemblies, parts and their drawings.
• Knowledge and Hands on experience in maintenance of grinding machines.

Education:

• B.E. Mechanical Engineering
