Sujet : Optimisation du stock au magasin des pièces de rechange

Missions à confier :

• Faire un inventaire complet de l’état actuel du stock.
• Étudier le besoin en stock de sécurité.
• Mettre en place un catalogue des pièces de rechange.
• Analyser la structure des pièces de rechange (PDR) sur les trois sites en Tunisie et définir un tableau de bord pour gérer le stock centralisé.
• Calculer le gain financier attendu pour le premier semestre 2026.
